本アプリでは、Google Inc.が提供するモバイル広告サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。これにより、広告の表示に必要な情報（端末情報、広告IDなど）がGoogleに送信される可能性があります。

2位置情報について Location

本アプリは、「近くのお店」の検索結果の並び替えや、住所の自動入力のために、おおよその現在地（市区町村レベル）を利用することがあります。位置情報の利用には、お客様の許可が必要です。取得した座標は、検索のために外部サービス（後述の OpenStreetMap / Photon）へ送信される場合があり、また住所への変換（逆ジオコーディング）のために端末（OS）の位置情報サービスが処理することがあります。位置情報を開発者のサーバーに保存・送信することはありません。位置情報の利用を許可しない場合でも、手入力により本アプリのすべての機能をご利用いただけます。

This app may use your approximate location (city level) to sort “nearby places” in search results and to auto-fill addresses. Using location requires your permission. The obtained coordinates may be sent to an external search service (OpenStreetMap / Photon, described below), and your device’s (OS) location services may process them to convert coordinates into an address (reverse geocoding). Location data is never stored on or sent to the developer’s servers. Even if you do not grant location permission, you can still use all features of this app by entering information manually.

3外部サービスへの通信について External Services

本アプリはデータを端末内で管理しますが、次の機能では外部サービスと通信します。(1) お店・場所の検索：OpenStreetMap および Photon（komoot）。入力された検索語やおおよその現在地が送信されます。(2) 地図の表示：OpenStreetMap の地図タイルを取得します。(3) Web ページからの写真取り込み：お客様が指定した Web ページにアクセスし、画像や情報を取得します。これらのサービスの利用には、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

This app manages data on your device, but the following features communicate with external services: (1) Searching for shops/places: OpenStreetMap and Photon (komoot); your search terms and approximate location may be sent. (2) Map display: map tiles are retrieved from OpenStreetMap. (3) Importing photos from a web page: the app accesses the web page you specify to retrieve images and information. Each service’s own privacy policy applies to its use.

4データの保存について Data Storage

お客様が本アプリに登録したデータ（お店の情報・メモ・写真・タグなど）は、お客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。データの共有は、お客様ご自身がテキスト・二次元コード・ファイルなどで手動で行う場合に限られます。

The data you save in this app (place information, memos, photos, tags, etc.) is stored only on your device. It is never sent to or stored on the developer’s servers. Data is shared only when you choose to do so manually, via text, QR codes, or files.
